Why do people keep making discord groups when discord keeps banning them? Why not use any other platform, like telegram, steam, twitter, etc?

There are telegram groups and the Twitter scene is very active. People just keep spamming racial slurs in public facing discords and then wonder why they get banned

Sure, but the only pinned forum thread for servers is discord, which implies it's the main one, and or primary promotion. At this point the pin might as well be for twitter accounts since there seems better. At least Elon lets us have more free speech there.
