Idk man, you're trying so hard to push the "right to live", be "human". You're acting exactly like they want you to. "They" are the leftists and the migrants. Migrants see that as weakness, you're weak. Your kindness is a flaw that they'll exploit. That's quoted by muslim migrants about Europe. They have the moral high ground on you. If there was children and women we could consider that. But if you look at those illegals, most of the time it's just men, only men.
Take the Polish borders. They're pretty much attacked by hordes of military-aged muslim men. They know damn well what happened to their neighbours for taking terrorists and barbaric people in. They have more than enough reason to shoot on sight, but they won't. Because the System is watching, and the System actively import them and the System won't tolerate that you want to defend yourself, because that's "not very nice"

You act like I said I'm against deportations in general, when I actively said the opposite. I think defending your borders against illegal immigration is a country's right and duty, but you don't need to shoot on sight to defend yourself, specially not when they come unarmed (if they are, it's not immigration, it's an invasion). I just want them stopped at the border and returned to their countries unharmed. Of course, you do need the threat of violence in order to do that, but I do think they should be given the chance to solve things peacefully (and a chance to legally seek asylum), not shot on sight. And don't come to me about "that's not what's happening", because I don't agree with what's happening either.

By the way you completely skipped that one -> "and the second one those NGOs are funded by the government"

I didn't ignore it, I just don't know anything about it, and I don't like to talk about things I know nothing about. I just asked a genuine question, and got a reasonable answer, so I see no reason to discuss it further at this time. Maybe in the future if I find the time and the drive to research it on my own.

Honestly this is a great point that even I forget most of the time. Most of these media and political elites and migrant activists are arguing in bad faith. They actively seek to use your principles against you to further their agenda, which is why they utilize the “rules for thee, none for me” sentiment all the damn time.

Just recently the leader of the AfD party in Germany was interviewed and asked about her deportation intentions. They tried to paint her in a bad light by bringing up how all these poor Afghan women will be treated terribly back in their home country. Which is such an insult to everyone’s intelligence. They’ve been saying for years that Islam is a religion of peace, that all cultures are equal, and that women’s rights are important. Why only now are they acknowledging Islams barbarity while simultaneously pushing for importing more people from that culture? Because they think everyone is stupid and is blind to the consequences of mass third world immigration and they can’t keep track of their own lies.

That's because you treat the left as some kind of monolith. We are not, we each pretty much have our own ideals, with very loose connecting threads, the contradicting arguments you mention likely come from completely different people or groups. I've always been against islamic radicals foor exactly that reason, they are even more backwards than the most extremist western right-winger. If you are pro-women's equality and pro gay rights, you cannot justify defending those people. Just look at this. Those who defend them either don't care much about gay rights, or are completely ignorant.

But here's the kicker (I'm about to get off-track here, my main point is already made): muslims in western countries, after just one or two generations, end up adopting our values and culture, mixing it with theirs, not only accepting women/gay rights, but even getting gay married themselves. This would be unthinkable in the islamic world. Before you say this is just one example, I've seen that adoption happen with my own eyes, for the most part people born in my country from muslim parents grow with us, in the same schools, with the same friends, watching the same TV, they go to the same parties and mingle with us. My muslim acquaintances respect both me and my much more outgoing lesbian friend, even trying to play matchmaker for her. Most of them even identify as muslims, follow Islam and pray every day, but they don't see it as a contradiction, just like christians ignore huge parts of the Bible. It happens all the time, everywhere. In short, it's not the religion, and it's definitely not the skin color, it's the culture we should be careful about (EDIT: To be more specific, it's the values from that culture, good things happen when they mix their culture with adopting our values): if they are to come here, even legally, they have to respect our culture and values, integrate with it, and we should do everything in our power to make it happen.

They basically are, since a small group of people are the ones making the decisions while the average Leftist is told the bare minimum if not outright lied to about what those decisions will bring about. The Marxist playbook has always been a boiling frog scheme. Introduce Libertarianism, then when everyone settles, propagandize the next generations of the “victim classes” to hate the ruling class and mobilize them against it. BLM is basically the perfect example of this. Antifa and the modern LGBT community are close seconds.

Even if you want to paint the mass migration as a genuine humanitarian effort rather than a deliberate plot to destroy the West, it’s obviously being handled poorly and we are suffering because of it. Despite this, the media and political elites are insistent on keeping on this course and sweeping any concerns under the rug. Why? Incompetence or malice, pick your poison, it doesn’t change the fact that things need to change.

After thinking about it for a bit, I think I'm just going to take a step back for a little bit. I think I need to calm down a bit and focus on more positive things for a little bit.

Also to clarify what I said about supporting deportations: prior to all this I didn't but in my anger I felt a level of comfort in it I guess, I'm really bad at expressing what I mean.
