The funniest part is I already believe (and have said so in my first message in this thread) that an over-emphasis in wokeness is making games (and media in general) worse, they are so focused on the token representation and patting themselves in the back that they forget to actually make it good, and when it flops, they use the wokeness as a shield from criticisim, saying anyone who criticises it is a bigot and thus their opinion should be disregarded. Overwatch succeeded because it was good, BG3 succeeded because it was good. Other media properties with progressive elements fail because they make them essentially propaganda, going all-in on the "message" and putting the actual quality of the game in the back seat, which is why propaganda very rarely makes for good media, be it right-wing, left-wing, christian, atheist, or that weird anime that was propaganda for a cult.

while i dont agree with just calling everything woke, or such things the guy you are responding to, it's worth pointing out, as the USAID thing showed, America was in fact the one responsible for spreading woke stuff internationally, and they did fund woke media across the globe especially Europe. In Life Is Strange I would argue creators are just like this

Well Mouthwash fanbase is shit and I recommend staying away from it but game itself even if pushing "capitalism bad" messege menages to have a lot of unintentionally based content like how "gun control" doesn't work and Anya had to hide a gun that should belong to captain so Jimmy ( brown man ) won't use it to shoot her, and how whole plot could been avoided if she shoot Jimmy. At at the end Jimmi menages to get a gun and murder another crew member with it so gun control didn't worked again.

France does engage in dei spending and allocating funds for it, so much is obviously true by looking at government spending as a function of gdp, which in france is well in excess of 40% of gdp. Genius.

Furthemore, the us government pays oversees corporations to produce dei content as well.
