Sorry to Necro the thread, but I am a Karelian, and I think we ought to be our own country. Not Finland. Not Russia. God forbid not Sweden. the KRN and KKL are doing good work, perhaps someday. It is good to be a grey-eyed Uralic bastard!

Okay so I am Kurdish and it's pretty hard knowing you don't have your own homeland and watching the news daily seeing a new way arabs or Turks fuck with us.
So I am in the west now and my preference of white men slowly got a bit weirder. Now I have this idea if my kids are let say German or French, they have this amazing country and culture to be proud of and don't have worry about moms side..

So kinda I love my people since I am one of them but I wouldn't want my children to be Kurdish..

Was born and raised in America so have more of a loyalty to it. I’ve been to Costs Rica a few times and enjoyed it so I would say I have a bit of love for the place. I have never been to Africa but want to go, but yeah I would say most of my patriotism is for USA.
